Shipping Policy
We ship products via UPS, normally within 1-2 business days. Ground delivery takes an additional 1-5 business days, depending on distance, as shown on the map below.
Returns
All sales are final. There are no returns on products, tools, tint, etc. However, Wallartistry Studio stands behind the products and services we sell. If an item is defective, we will replace it for you.
Cancellations
All class deposits are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances prohibit you from attending the registered class, you may transfer the deposit amount to another class for the period of one-year from the date of the original class.
Loyalty Program
We want to reward our Loyal customers for their continued patronage. After you take a course with Wallartistry Studio, you are eligible for an additional 10% discount on ALL future classes* as our way of saying “thank you” and “welcome back”. Additionally, if you should want to repeat a course, you may do so for 50% off! Did you take the portfolio builder a few years ago and want a refresher with some updated colors/ products?
